Meeting called to order at 11:47am
President Tony presented long-time member Ken Roberts with an Honourary Membership to recognize his dedication to our club and the ideals of Rotary.
Thank you letter from the Camrose Women’s Shelter Society regarding landscaping.
Ken Drever guest – John Mcshane (? on last name), just moved to Camrose from Hardisty.
Stop Hunger Now program discussion and vote
- $10,000 funds not budgeted yet, would not come out of the International Project budget
- Currently have approx. $45,000 surplus
- Fundraising activities may decrease the amount needed
- Motion read from the previous Buzz
- 22 votes for “Yes” – motion approved

- Discussion of the Youth Leadership camp

- Rotary Gala committee meeting on Thursday, November 12th, 7:30am at the Central Agencies building
- Looking for a Gala second chairperson for this year, to be the chairperson for next year

- November is Foundation month
- Immunized 2.5 billion children against Polio
- Gates Foundation will match donations 3 to 1
- Our club will match points up to $200 donation
- Honor a family member if you have a lot of points
- Automatic withdrawals can be set up
