Programming and International Projects questionnaires
Meeting called to order at 11:47am.
Health of the club is good.
The next gala meeting is at 7:30am on Wed., Mar. 22. Still looking for a volunteer coordinator.
The next executive meeting is at 5:15pm on Tues., Mar. 28 at the Casino.
Air cadets is having their bacon fundraiser again. 11 lbs for $60.
Mikkel update:
- Thursday the previous week he went to Ft. Sask. to watch Gavin play hockey.
- That Saturday he went with Leroy to watch an Augustana Vikings hockey game.
- Boston Pizza for breakfast on Sunday.
- Tina and her family took him to the Mr. Mikes Fundraiser on Sunday night.
- On Thursday he was interviewed by the Camrose Booster on being an exchange student.
- Spring orientation for exchange students on Friday in Edmonton.
- Went to an Oilers game on Saturday with Darren Herle.
- Went to the Muttart Conservatory on Sunday with Sheila.
- Going to the Oilers game tonight with Dawn, Gavin and Sheila.
Programming questionnaire and an International Projects questionnaire were filled out.
Update from Roy about fundraising for the Tanzania project:
- Letter of principle from the Smith Clinic but haven’t received funds yet.
- Received the funds from Ray Muzyka.
- No interest so far from the Wetaskiwin Clinic.
Discussed programming ideas.
Jeff Bonnar was the 50/50 winner and he drew the Ace of…..Clubs (so close).
