Pints for Polio event 

Camrose Rotary Pints for Polio Pub Walk was a huge success!! We had 40 Rotarians and friends come out on Friday night to support our fundraiser for the End Polio Now campaign We visited 4 pubs where we were treated to a drink and some food. We had a raffle or a game at each stop. A thousand thank you's to our sponsor pubs: Norsemen Inn Tap Room, Canadian Brewhouse, Geo's Sports Lounge and Boston Pizza, who donated drinks, food and prizes. The staff at each place were fantastic! Thanks to all the Pub Walkers, Pubs and community donations we raised $2,000. This will be matched 2:1 by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and grow to $6,000! Enough to help vaccinate 10,000 children. Great work everyone! and so much fun!!
