Everyone in the district is invited the upcoming meeting of the group now known as "Rotary Cubed" (the collaboration between the Rotary Clubs of Topeka, Minneapolis and Harlem). The meeting will take place from 5:00 to 6:30 PM CST on Wednesday, December 16. Staff from the Topeka Center for Peace & Justice will present on the topic of restorative justice. The Center has had great success in local schools applying restorative justice practices. All Rotarians in the District are invited to attend this Zoom meeting. Details are below.

Beyond this week's invitation, I'm happy to share that I'm working on plans for district-wide meetings starting up again in January 2021. As most clubs have adopted meeting online at this point, the thought moving forward is to have one meeting each month with a topic/program fitting for all clubs and Rotarians. Most likely we'll be looking at having these meetings the same week of every month (ie. 3rd week, etc.), though the day of the week will change so that the same clubs don't always have to miss the meeting. As always, if you have speaker ideas or topics you'd like to see addressed, email me.

I hope you all have a joyous holiday season. Whether you celebrate Hanukah, Christmas, something else or nothing at all, it's a great time of the year to reflect on the needs of others. As Rotarians we should always strive to set an example for others. Our friends, our families, our communities all look to us to lead the way in making the world a better place. Keep up the great work and 2021 will be better than ever!

Cheers, Jason
