Each year, all of District 5710's Club President Elects (PEs) attend President Elect Training Seminar (PETS) to get ready for the upcoming Rotary year. Our district's PEs attended Heartland PETS along with those from District 5690, southern Kansas and the Oklahoma panhandle, and District 5670, central and western Kansas. Emily Randel attended PETS last week. It was a very well done training with inspirational guest speakers and lots of brainstorming for the year ahead with District Governor Elect Adam Ehlert and discussion around Rotary International President Elect Ian Riseley's chosen theme for 2017-2018, "Making a Difference." You can read more about what the theme means to him online.
