Service project!

Growing Futures Early Education Center will host us on Wednesday, October 2 at noon.

We will have a quick program, but we will also be rolling up our sleeves! The group needs help cleaning up their raised vegetable garden beds for the winter. Bring gloves and garden tools and yard waste bags. If you just want to come and have lunch, that is fine, too! We'll order pizza.

rowing Futures Early Education Center, formerly Head Start of Shawnee Mission, is a non-for-profit organization providing quality early education opportunities and family support services for children in Johnson County. It opened in 1975 as a Head Start summer enrichment program and today serves 250 low-income children and their families.
