While spending time in Spokane, WA, Robb Garr came upon a park with the reference to Spokane Rotary Club 21. The Club's website states: "Enjoy the Rotary Fountain - A gift to the citizens of Spokane by a joint venture including Spokane Rotary Club 21, City of Spokane Parks & Recreation, other local Rotary Clubs, and over a thousand individuals and organizations listed. Donors have been recognized with a named fish carved in the dark-colored paver blocks you can see arranged in paths/rivers around the fountain, symbolically recognizing Spokane as a gathering place of peoples and waters. This fountain is the largest piece ever created by the late Harold Balaz, renowned Spokane artist and sculptors."
