The 2023 annual Omelet Fest was a great success for the Santa Fe Rotary Trail team! During the October event, Rotarians gather in support of the local community and fire up their portable ovens at the Mahaffie Stagecoach and Stop Farm. The afternoon prior to the event, the team gathers to prep the event space and food in anticipation of the morning’s festivities. Here, greetings are shared as the team cracks eggs, chops veggies, and enjoys one another’s company while doing good for the community and beyond.
