Kay Reeves from the Blood Bank of Kansas City spoke about the urgent need of blood at this time of year.
When the weather is challenging and sickness is in the air, the donors decline and therefore so does the blood bank.
Do your part and volunteer to be a donor at least once a year to help your fellow man!
