Our speaker Josh Hebert, from the Louisburg Cider Mill presented today with the many facts of making apple cider.
Did you know that is takes approximately a bushel of apples to make ONE gallon of cider.
New equipment installed is going to increase this yield by approximately 5 less apples this year.
