2016 June 22nd Rotary Meeting

Spring Hill Rotary was marketing their golf tournament and giving us the opportunity to purchase a golf ball that will be dropped out of a helicopter.  What a great deal for $20.00

 

The ladies from the Louisburg Historical Society surprised us with Charlene Bredeneier, the great-great-niece of Wea Indian Chief Christmas Dagenette. We heard her story of the Miami County legend.   We also learned more about the local Wea Indian settlement.  

 

The Louisburg Historical Society is looking for any and all pictures of Louisburg at any stage/year of its development.  They will scan any pictures you bring them and promptly give them back to you.  They can be reached at louisburghistory.com.
