2016 January 27th meeting

Marty Southard, the Mayor of Louisburg shared the number of the completed administration building.  There were requirements for this remodel which included that 80% of the work had to be contracted with companies inside Miami County and 25% of the work needed to be contracted from a Louisburg business.

 

The next meeting for the Downtown Revitalization Project will be February 22nd from 2p.m. to 7 p.m.  This will be held at the new city building during their open house.  The approximate cost of all the options will be $3,000,000.00.
