2016 April 13 Rotary Meeting

Levi Davis share all the intricacies of running the Louisburg Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.  The rehab facility provides physical, occupational and speech therapy for in-house and external clients.  They provide 24/7 care for 10 clients at this time. 

They are a 5 star Medicare facility.

Louisburg Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center has climbed their way to Level 2 (out of 5) of the State Peak Award.  This award judges how the facility tailors their care to the resident.
