Some of us started with a Board meeting, decisions that were made at this time--Anna to meet with Bob to see where we stand financially so we can determine who we would like to help in our community and beyond--more information to come from that meeting.  We voted to have our $271 of District Grant money to be put towards a Global grant project. We also voted to sponsor another
 
Anna informed up that we lost 5 member for this upcoming year, so our Membership committee chair, Janet Houchen, would love to net one new member for the club--what does that mean for you?
As a club we will need to bring in 5 new members for Jonathan Kamprath from Landmark has joined our ranks for this year.
 
Klara Riester was a guest today from Germany.  We will be seeing more of her in the future.
 
Janice Hawley of Miami County Circles informed us of their group.  The main purpose is to provide an opportunity for individuals and families to get out of poverty. 
The Circle model focuses on 3 stages:
1) Crisis management and stabilization
2) Education, job placement and retention
3) Advancement and economic stability
