Sally Rankin, Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program manager in Worcester County, Maryland, spoke this week to The Rotary Club of Salisbury.  She explained that CASA is a voice for abused and neglected children who are caught up in the confusing and complicated foster care system. CASA volunteers are adults appointed by the court to get to know the impacted children and to advocate for the children's best interests.

Mrs. Rankin said there is interest in expanding this program into Wicomico County.
