For years, members of the Rotary Club of Salisbury have worked in connection with the Seagull Century bicycle event to aid The Christian Shelter by bicycling and receiving pledges from members to support those who have ridden their bikes. This month, one of key riders, President-Elect Gus Lebois, also rode in an event to aid the Furnace Town Historic Site.
The Rotary Club of Snow Hill, Maryland was involved with the fifty mile Furnace Town ride as was former district governor Bill Ferguson.
