Club Assembly

Dear Members of Richardson East Rotary,

On January 3, 2018 we will be holding a Club Assembly to strategize about our upcoming Games and Gala Event in February.  As you all know this is our ONLY fundraiser and it has to be a success in order for us to fund the many projects we support and especially this year for the Inclusive Playground.

We have lost several members in the past few months and our existing membership will need to step up and do all we can to sell tickets, obtain silent auction items and get sponsorships.

I am asking that every member be at this Club Assembly and be involved in making our fundraiser a success.  We are small but mighty and I know we can do this!  Please show your support by attending.
