About Plano Metro Rotary Club

 
 
Plano Metro Rotary Club is a community service organization based in Plano, TX. Our club is proud to support the Rotary Six Areas of Focus in our projects and giving:
 
  1. Peacebuilding and conflict prevention: Rotary encourages conversations to help people understand each other across cultures. 
  2. Disease prevention and treatment: Rotary works to stop the spread of life-threatening diseases like HIV/AIDS, malaria, and polio. 
  3. Water, sanitation, and hygiene: Rotary supports local solutions to bring clean water and sanitation to more people. 
  4. Maternal and child health: Rotary works to improve the health of mothers and children. 
  5. Basic education and literacy: Rotary works to help people learn to read and write. 
  6. Community economic development: Rotary works to create opportunities for people to find work. 
  7. Environment: Rotary works to address environmental issues. 
We welcome potential new members who are upstanding community members interested in getting actively involved in serving Plano, Collin County, and the world. Our club is deeply rooted in our care for one another and all those around us. Join us at a Wednesday meeting or one of our events to learn more about our club!
