New Projects Planned for Southlake Town Square

It is not an overstatement to say that Southlake Town Square has become a highly recognized and admired model from which architects and city planners around the world have drawn inspiration for their own similar "downtown" development projects.

The plans to develop open pastures into an upscale downtown for the City of Southlake began in the 1990s. Brian Stebbins' vision was to create a pedestrian-friendly downtown inspired by The Plaza in Kansas City, a number of international outside malls, and even the movie "Back to the Future". The result is a timeless mixture of classic and contemporary building styles that defy the area's actual age.

Working alongside Brian at the time and now a Principal and the President of U.S. Real Estate for Cooper and Company, Frank Bliss continues the quest to develop Southlake Town Square faithfully to its original master plan. At noon this Friday, October 8 at Timarron Country Club, Frank will be telling us about some of the most recent additions and improvements to SLTSq, along with presenting his proposed expansion plans for its future.
