Volunteers will help measure students for new shoes through TSR’s Sole Mates program. Using a printed sizing guide, volunteers will have each student stand on the guide to determine the correct shoe size, collect the student’s name and order information, and record the shoe order. Volunteers will also help students return to class once their fitting is complete. |

Lunch Bunch is a monthly celebration hosted by Topeka South Rotary for students at Highland Park Central who are recognized by their teachers for showing positive behaviors. Each classroom selects one student, who is honored during a special pizza lunch where their certificate and the kind remarks written by their teacher are read aloud. Rotarian volunteers attend the lunch to sit with students, offer encouragement, and make the experience feel meaningful and personal. Every honoree also receives a donated book to take home, and all costs are covered by the Rotary club as part of its commitment to supporting students and strengthening the school community. Topeka High School Interact Club will be hosting a Trunk-or-Treat alongside the Pumpkin Run at Felker Park! What is Trunk-or-Treat? Arrival & Set-Up: 4:00–4:15 PM Trunk-or-Treat: 5:00 PM Volunteers should bring their own decorations and plenty of candy to hand out. Costumes are encouraged but not required! |
