The Great Pumpkin Run 2016 Update

 
The 2016 Topeka South Rotary Pumpkin Run is getting closer and our committee members have working vigorously to make this year’s run/walk/stroll as successful as possible.
 
We have 6 people registered so far and we have received $2,250 in sponsorships. The committee would like to thank the following people and businesses who have already helped sponsor our event.

If you would like to participate by running, walking or strolling, you can register here or fill out one of our brochures here and turn it in to Faron or Adam.
 
There is one other way you can be a part of this event.
All of the funds we raise will be donated to Polio Plus. If you would like to contribute directly to Polio Plus, you could do this online at Rotary.org or you could hand a check to Faron, Adam, or Anne specifying that the funds are to go to Polio Plus. If you contribute online, please send a note to Anne that you did it so we can account for what we have raised.
 
This is a family FUN event 
We expect to see a lot of interesting characters on the trail. Dressing up in costume is highly encouraged! There will be a costume contest with a delicious Perkin's Pumpkin pie as the prize for one lucky adult and one lucky child. We all hope you can find a way to participate in the 2016 Pumpkin Run at 8:30am on 10/29/2016. Shawnee Lake will be very colorful that morning.
