Meet a TSR Rotarian

Faron Barr is currently a financial advisor with T& M Financial, Inc. He is a licensed insurance agent and a Series 7 licensed investment advisor representative with FINRA. He has been with T & M Financial for eight and a half years and is a Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Life Underwriter, and a Certified Financial Planner®. Faron has also been a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table for five years.

Faron is currently the Foundation Chair of the Topeka South Rotary, a past Division Governor with Toastmasters International, a board member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and president of the northeast chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals.

Faron’s family has lived in Topeka for over 14 years. His wife, Grace Ann Barr, is a case manager at TARC and their daughter, Lauren, is a sophomore at Topeka West. Faron has achieved many goals since he started his career, but one of the most rewarding experiences has been hosting foreign exchange students from Japan. His family has hosted three students including the one they have now. His daughter will be an exchange in Japan this year as a result of this experience.
