Our newest Topeka South Rotary Blue Badger traveled to Japan recently and was fortunate to participate in an international chapter meeting with the Kawasaki Takatsu South Rotary Club. Brendan and acting club president, Noriko Hoshina on behalf of Noriko Ootomo, performed the International Chapter Flag Exchange. The Kawasaki Takatsu South Rotary Club was very excited to have Brendan at the meeting and to learn about our Youth Exchange Program.
