So far the Guatemala team has been very busy working in the Patanatic community. The nursing team has seen over 200 patients, 7 cook stoves have been installed, 25 water filters have been assembled, part of the team has been installing security cameras, and part of the team has been putting screens over the windows in the volunteer area to keep insects out. The team is ready to tackle day three of their journey where they will be conducting Sole Mates Guatemala, delivering the water filters assembled yesterday, seeing kindergarden and first grade students for checkups, and finishing up some of the jobs started earlier. Tomorrow we travel across Lake Atitlan to San Juan to see more students and deliver more items. Your donations have been sorted and will be received over the next two days. There will be a full update when we return. Thank you all for your support of this project.
