Allan Towle recently received the Cliff Dochterman Award
President Faron presented the award to Allan in recognition of a Rotarian's dedicated service to Scouting. The award is named in honor of former Rotary International President Cliff Dochterman, a devoted scouter from Moraga, Calif.
