Who benefits?
Topeka South Rotary has selected Silverbackks, Inc. and Valeo Behavioral Health Care as co-beneficiaries of TSR's annual Golf Tournament. The goal of the tournament is to raise $2,500 each for:
  • Silverbackks' Silver Pantry, which provides support for families who have recently moved from a shelter into their own homes or who are at risk of losing housing.
     
  • Valeo's Supported Education Program, which provides individualized assistance in gaining the academic skills needed to be successful in supporting efforts to receive a GED, receive vocational education and participate in college. (The program serves those who are living below poverty, have Severe and Persistent Mental Illness, and are trying to better themselves through higher education.)
