EarlyAct Another Success!

Topeka South Rotarians finished our EarlyAct service project on Jan. 29 with Ms Browning's third grade class. Jared Holroyd read an anti-bullying story, and we had our students draw scenarios in which the Four-Way Test would help them in class or on the playground.

 

The class had practiced the Four-Way Test with the teacher three times a day for the past week. Needless to say, they did well when we had them recite the test by themselves or in a small group. We rewarded the students with a Four-Way Test coin and a marshmallow treat.

 

On the way to the class, several of our Rotarians were greeted by several of the children with a, "Hi. You're the Four Way Test people." When the children got to the class at the beginning of our session, I was greeted by hugs from my students.
