Deemed the “Main Street” in Topeka’s original city plan designed by Cyrus Holliday, Topeka Boulevard was once the residential and commercial address of choice in the City. The presentation will reacquaint us with the Boulevard’s rich history, its important role in the City’s development over the past 170 years, and recent aspirational efforts to revitalize and restore Topeka Boulevard to prominence, including millions of dollars of improvements starting this summer.
