Dear Rotarian: you’ve collected thousands of shoes over the years to help kids all over the world, and now is your chance to put shoes on the feet of vulnerable children and orphans! Buckner Shoes for Orphan Souls is taking Rotary trip to Guatemala October 1-7.
Join us as we distribute shoes and provide health and hygiene courses for children in Guatemala City, Jocotenango, and beyond! To sign up please go to this link: https://volunteer.buckner.org/
Sunday, October 1: Depart for Guatemala
Monday, October 2 - Thursday, October 5: During your time in Guatemala, you will deliver new shoes and socks to children through Buckner programs. You will also teach on topics of health prevention and hygiene.
Friday, October 6: Sight-seeing day in Antigua
Saturday, October 7: Depart Guatemala; Arrive Hometown, USA
