This is a first of a couple reminders - so I apologize in advance if you are ALREADY registered for The "R.E.A.L. 2018 Training Event"...   I am not sure if there is an "OPT-OUT" for these email sent through our ever "easier to us" Club Runner Software...  (Let me know if you know so I can pass it on?)

As you may have heard or read elsewhere - our new District Governor Julie – aka “The REAL McCoy” – has been planning feverishly and has got an AMAZING year in store for our District.  Being the Inspiration is spot on for the evolution of our mission and it’s STARTING with our leader herself!  

So let's be ready to co-lead, follow or get out of the way -- JULIE is here to PLAY! LOL

And, by the way, FUN is to be part of Julie's goals too.  So we are encouraged to roll up our sleeves and really ENJOY this ride - << the experience we have will be in direct proportion to the experience with "give"…>> 

You know a major thing I have noticed over the past 5 years is that two of the most INSPIRING traits in a Rotarian is his or her SMILE and their beaming LIGHT of JOY and CONFIDENCE! 

How can we all grow that in ourselves and our teammates? How about with relevant, purpose filled and clear INFORMATION/COMMUNICATION??!!  BOOM! (Mike Drop??)

Time to get R.E.A.L. eh?  Let’s REPLICATE!

And yes YOU, reading this now in this very moment,…  are a chosen one.  You have experience, skills, personality, charisma and a certain “je ne sais quoi” that is prime to educate, motivate and most certainly INSPIRE!  You have the unique opportunity to SHINE YOUR LIGHT on and with fellow “difference makers” to help propel ROTARY to make the quantum leap it has been destined for.

What do you think?  Do you want to get "plugged in" to BE more?  Do more? Give more?  And even "have" more?

President Barry Rassin would like to see us all collectively provide an ever better "member experience", to offer even more value to being Rotarian...  This, my friends, is part of that effort.
