Good late afternoon everyone. Thank you so much for a wonderful meeting this morning. The conversations before the meeting and then the open dialogue was well received. Please share more ideas if you have thoughts.
Mr Sandy is looking for volunteer help on the following dates -
The dates to volunteer at Martha Lafite Thompson Nature Sanctuary are as follows;
- Tuesday and Wednesday, October 19 & 20, 2021; any time during the day 10am to 5pm
- Carve pumpkins into jack-o-lanterns
- can't carve - we will teach you
- do not want to carve, you can cut off the lids and clean out the seeds
- Thursday - Sunday evenings, October 21 - 24, 2021; 5pm to about 8pm
- Greet cars for Fairy Tale Forest and check their admission
- help park cars around the lot
- walk the path lighting candles in the jacks
- help move people to the trail
- Prior to the event buy a big bag of candy to donate for the treat bags.
