After some researchfor affordable (best-FREE) video conferencing/meeting technology programs and offer the following.

My premise/assumption is it be relatively easy to operate and be PC/MAC  PC compliant, f it's available for mobile phone use too, GREAT!

I've been told via a 3 day Facebook friends Poll that ZOOM is used by industry, education and person's alike (Liberty Chamber uses it for group meetings) so that shows it's fairly simple.

SO...if you have a desktop with a webcam (built-in or stand-alone) then kewl. Most tablets have cam's built-in too (as do mobile phones) and you can receive your e-mail on it, we are in!

The program supports connection with Outlook or Google Chrome calenders so we can mark future meeting days & times for connection.

I set up a FREE host account (though ANYONE can get a free host account too) and the program supports up to 100 members online at a time with 40 minute meeting length max.

A "PrO subscription (for $100/year) give you unlimited meeting length.

An invite is as simple as opening an e-mail, which unpacks a free "Client" connection ( with option to download the operating program which is simple and small on space.

I suggest downloading and installing the program PRIOR to signing in (it takes all of 5 minutes), but just going to the address on the invitation I'll send out will take you through installation and then launch!
The program is fairly simple and easy to navigate, just make sure your camera and speakers are set for operation.

Anyone interested for a test, email my e-mail address and keep 15 min open.
