Good Afternoon District 6040 Rotarians!
Now that tax season is over, I have been working on the District budget for the 2018-2019 Rotary year. It is attached.
A few items to note as you review the coming years budget:
-This budget is very similar to prior year budgets.
-We will continue to fund the same activities, events and projects as we have done in the past.
-The dues clubs pay to Show Me Rotary will change slightly this year. In past years, clubs paid $130 for the Club President and $85 for the Club Secretary to attend Show Me Rotary President and Secretary training. This year you will see two officers billed at $110 each. Overall, this is an increase of $5 per club.
-No district dues increase is proposed.
-I wanted to create an emphasis in a few areas that I felt needed more attention at the District level. So, you will see more funds allocated to 3 areas: Membership, Website Enhancement, and Public Image/District Communication.
