From the desk of Kim LeSage- District Governor 6040

The commitment to Service Above Self is what defines us as Rotarians, and the Rotary Foundation is one of the main vehicles we use to serve others and make the world a better place. Here’s your opportunity to define your Rotary legacy and support the Rotary Foundation for its 100th anniversary.

District Governor Kim LeSage and District Rotary Foundation Chair Cassy Venters invite you to participate in the Rotary District 6040 Centennial Legacy Campaign to celebrate the 100th anniversary of The Rotary Foundation. The Campaign goal is to raise $2,650,000 for The Rotary Foundation by April 10, 2017.  Commitments to date total nearly $1,500,000.

Contributors who make a minimum commitment of $10,000 in cash, Rotary Direct pledges, or a bequest will be invited to attend the Centennial Legacy Dinner, to be held on Sunday, April 30, 2017. Rotary International President John Germ will be the keynote speaker.

Contact Centennial Legacy Dinner Campaign Steering Committee Chair Larry Lunsford for more information and to make a donation. Larry is a Past Rotary International Director, and you can reach him at larrylunsford@b-r.com or 816-756-0640.

Thank you for your support of the Rotary Foundation and 100 years of "doing good in the world"!

All my best,
Kim
