Local volunteer effort.
The final Cemetery Clean-Up for Fairview and New Hope Cemeteries in Liberty will be Saturday October 16th from 9am until Noon.
This day will be used to cut perennials and native grasses, trim trees, and other duties to get the cemeteries ready for winter.
Volunteers of all ages and abilities are invited to help. If there are enough volunteers I will also be teaching those interested how to properly straighten and level tombstones.
I will also enter these dates into Clubrunner Calendar.
