Speaker:
Jack Wong, Club Member, was our speaker.   His topic was: “Outlook 2017 – Wealth Management Perspectives.”  He presented several “bottom-line” recommendations, among them:  “The old economy recovery has been ongoing all year.  The Trump victory simply ‘turbocharges’ the same trends that were already in place prior to the election – rising inflation and interest rates and cyclically geared sectors outperforming defensive areas like bonds and interest rate- sensitive assets.”

President Jerylann led us all in repeating the slogan:  We are a Fun, Enthusiastic & Inspiring Rotary Family…we are the BEST Rotary Club around!  She also announced the International theme for 2016-2017: Rotary Serving Humanity, and our District Governor’s call to action: Attract the Young, Have Lots of Fun, Get More Done! …. our Clubs call to action is: Make the World A Better Place!

Judy led the Pledge of Allegiance.  Scott, “4 fer” for the day, shared a Holiday thought.  He was thanked for providing the dessert.  Phil led the club in songs: Jingle Bells and We Wish You A Merry Christmas.   No visitors were present.

Next Meeting:  We will be off for the holidays for the next two weeks… no meetings on 12/27 or 1/3.  We will see you on January 10th.    Our 4fer will be Monique.
