President Scott’s Greeting:  
Good afternoon!   I’d like to welcome you to the Rotary Club of Mountain View.
 
Our Rotary International theme for this year is “Rotary: Making a Difference.”   Our District Governor Orrin Mahoney’s theme is “Developing Lifelong Friendships, While Making a Difference.”  Our Mountain View Rotary Club is “Having Fun Making a Difference.”  
 
Thought for the Day:   Judy (4’fer)  - Make sure to read your weekly MV Rotary Bulletin all the way to the end so you can find out if you are the 4-fer!  J Otherwise there won’t be cookies L 
 
Introduction of Visiting Rotarians & Guests:  Bert – Dennis Potter, Linda Eckols and Bob Adams.

  • Mentor Tutor Connection -- Bob Adams and Linda Eckols.  1/17 Noon Open House (flyers at tables --  Mentors for HS students & Tutors for K-8)
  • Club Service  -- Rotary Ski Trip March 8-12 (pass clipboard)
  • President’s Club:   Thanks to all!  We are presently up to 23 members for a total of $3,450.

  • M.A.T. Caparas – when RI President allowed women to enter Rotary.  He also started the beginning of the Polio Plus Campaign
