There is no summary of the meeting but there are three items to pass on to you (the members)

#1 - THE CRAB FEED!   Chairman Alan passed out ticets to all who were present.  Everyone is expected to sell at least 10 tickets as well as help during the day at the Buddhist Temple.  He passed around the sign up sheet for various duties.  BE SURE TO SIGN UP FOR SOMETHING!

#2  -  New member, Jack Wong, gave us his 5 minute talk via hand outs.  Included is a summary of what he told us about himself.

Jack has over 19 years of experience in the financial services industry and joined Morgan Stanley in 2011 to open a new Global Wealth Management office in Mountain View, CA.  Prior to joining the firm, Jack served as a Senior Vice President and Sr. Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors since 1994.  Jack oversees all aspects of the Mountain View Group at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and his primary focus is designing investment strategies and implementing comprehensive financial plans for high net worth individuals and families, business owners, and corporate executives.

 

Jack manages portfolios and delivers exceptional service to clients by way of a “Four Step Investment process”:  1)  Client profiling, determining each client’s needs, financial goals and investment objectives.  2)  Formulating a customized asset allocation based on short, intermediate, and long-term goals.  3)  Investment Selection and management.  4)  Monitoring performance by conducting regular portfolio reviews.

 

Jack has been recognized by local and national publications including Barron’s Magazine as being part of the 2010 Top 100 Financial Advisors (CA) and Top 1,000 Financial Advisors (Nationwide) and San Jose/Silicon Valley Business Journal 2012 NABCAP Exemplary Advisors.  Additionally, he is also part of the Chairman’s Club at Morgan Stanley and is fluent in Cantonese.

 

Jack graduated with a Masters of Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science. in Economics from California Statue University, Monterey Bay.  He lives in Cupertino with his wife and three young daughters and enjoys watching the New York Giants and Golden State Warriors.

#3 - President Elect Bruce had a message for all:
