Minutes from last meeting, Dick motioned to approve after a correction. Correction of $4,720.01
Was profit from fundraiser?
Jan: $7255.75 currently in the bank. Dues are paid in Jan and July.
Pam: attendance running 80- 85%. Dan has been going to out of area meetings when he’s out of town.
Membership needs to be updated before July 1,
Lost at Sea is all taken care of? Need a pa system. Lions are paying for fly over. Not doing it next year. If we want to continue with fly over we will have to pay for it. Need to borrow Frank’s PA system. Sherry is going to make flyers. Color guard and sea scouts are all taken care of.
Polio pins for memorial pins. We will $10/person. Brenda motioned. Motioned carried.
Jun 23rd need speaker. Gladys will try to get someone from literacy foundation, Sherry will get back up
Ryla is having fundraiser at MB high. Tues 11:45 at the regular MB meeting. Kids have just come back from camp. Need to rsvp before.
Gladys is going to art show for children in Cayucos. She will pick a winner.
Liz G. step down is going Friday June 24, location to be determined.
Bob Pollock is charter member lost his week Sherry will get a card to send. Will send Jack Barrett a get well card.
