Present: Gladys, Liz W., Brenda, Dick, Gary, Dan, Liz G., Pam, Jan, Sherry

Minutes approved.  ‘

Emily mom has had a stroke.   Is going into rehab soon.

Treasurer’s report: Have $7005.99   Polio acct 457.69 transfer monies for speakers.  Make payments available for membership.  Motion proposed to make payments for membership dues. Motion approved.

Pay for pizza for Frank Shaw for playing at the fundraiser.                        

Attendance is running @ 92%.

Step down is going to be at Gladys’ home at 6:00.  7:00 program will begin, 7:30 Liz will have her say.  Please enter through the back gate on San Jacinto.  Will be potluck.  Barbeque

Committee reports:  Still have 50 cookbooks. 

Next week meeting with Los Osos. 

Next board meeting is July 21^st and Liz w will be heading up the New Year...

Need to get a new canopy frame is bent and can’t be fixed.  Need to get new frame.  Dan will drive his pickup in 4^th of July parade.
