Hilary to share on the cookbook. Be in a good place and ready by June. Cookbook meeting a week from today. Thursday or Wednesday @5:00 at Hilary's office. Our members can donate a recipe also.

Car Show update: idea to get a spot in front of Dan Redells's real estate office. Corner of Napa and Morro Bay BLVD. Take pictures of people when they put their face through a façade . Print the digital photos right there and sell them, Or, we might be able to use techno and take a picture in front of a green screen.

Cruising first weekend of May.

Rotary youth exchange groups June 17 and 25th. Meeting group at June 17th . Host them for a dinner-can be considered a social for our club. Evening on a Thursday, but not sure about the cost.

April 13 Santa Barbara City College for PERLS. Good series of training for organizational skills and public speaking skills to be a be to apply to your professional life.

District assemblies are coming up-refresher on what is going on in the distinct.

CalPoly Wheelchair foundation coming next week. Would like to collect old cell phones that you a re not using, please donate them at the time.

The Flying Samaritans Gold Coast Chapter

Has grown to become an international organization with over 30 clinics

Compiled of chiropractors, architects, teachers, mechanics, nurses, students pilots, etc.

Established in 1985, project to establish access to specialty care for the indigent was initiated.

Found private hospital and worked with them and had the first clinic. Plastic surgery.

Services are free of charge and supported by local grants and contributions from other chapters. Currently offer medical care in specialties such as internal medicine, chiropractic care, orthopedic ,psychiatry.

Clinics involve around 22 people and approximately 4 airplanes

 

Work 12 hour days, leave on Fridays and come back on a Sunday.

Funding is from one grant 15,000, the rest are fundraisers and private donations. The planes are owned by the pilot.
