Cayucos Rotary's 5th golf cart raffle is on. Donation of $100 gets one a chance in 300+ to win an electric, street-legal 4-seater golf cart with blue-tooth stereos and upgraded wheels. Drawing will be held on December 8. Members are already busy fundraising to sell golf cart tickets.
