CAYUCOS ROTARY HOSTS COMMUNITY PANCAKE BREAKFAST

Cayucos Rotary will host a pancake breakfast for the community together with the Cayucos Educational Foundation on Saturday, September 1st, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at the Cayucos School, 301 Cayucos Drive, Cayucos.

In addition to enjoying a complimentary breakfast, visitors will have an opportunity to view the “The Redemption of the Monster of Piedras Blancas” at the Cayucos School. Three screenings are scheduled at 8:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., and 10:30 a.m. The movie featured Cayucos in the late fifties and cast a lonely lighthouse-keeper who’s faced with the challenge of safekeeping his village being possibly stalked by some kind of a monstrous creature.

The pancake batter is sponsored by Dorn’s & Duckie’s Restaurants. Come and meet Rotarians from Cayucos Rotary, who will share more about local projects. Donations are welcome.
