John Eichler, Asst Gov did a final check list report.  Overall we did pretty good, considering our size.  As always there is room for improvement.

Net growth: no

Growth goals: 3 did not make it

Community service activities. Yes

International project. Not really

Foundation goal. Yes

District Assembly. 3 members attended

District Conference. 

PRLS  no one went this year. 7 last year.

Public relation goals. Yes

Paid dues.  Paid without outside help.

Jan’s report:   We have $7,088.15 total.   $500 is going to Coast Union Scholarship Fund.  $4,720.01 remaining balance after expenses.  All bills are up to date.

Fund Raiser:  Big success!  We needed more plates, and some complained of cold dinners.

Vests have been ordered.  Each member will be responsible for $15/vest.

Japanese relief fund:  Will contribute $250.00

Attendance is running around 80%

New business:  Liz needs check for bar-b-queue. April 30 beach clean-up planning on 40 people

Lost @ Sea memorial budgeted for $500.  Need to get press releases

Surf  Rider Foundation and Good Clean Fun is having a fund raiser this Saturday.

Dick went to Coast Union for scholarship presentation.   Liz W. and Sherry gave additional.   We will be giving 2 scholarships, as it was a tie. Dick also gave for the third.  Needs to be included in budget.

Joyce e Lundy wants to stay in club.  Due to her obligations she would like a leave of absence.  Can stay in club if she maintains 80% through online makeups and once a month physical meetings.
