The Rotary Club of Cayucos-Seaside wishes to thank the community for donating over seven pallets of electronics. Items donated were mostly TVs, computer monitors, scanners, printers, stereos, fax, and DVD/VCRs.
In the photo are Rotarians who worked hard to stack and collect the electronics: Chef Gary Barker, Dilip Sidhu (student of Morro Bay High School), Scott McManus, Jessica Peterson, Charter President Sherry Sim, and Kat Zarit (not in picture).
As a result of the overwhelming response from the community, the Cayucos Rotary plans to organize an electronic recycling annually. All proceeds will go to benefit local school programs, communities and club projects.
