The Rotary Club of Cayucos-Seaside

Chartered on : March 25, 2008

Mission Statement:  Our mission is to strengthen and preserve the uniqueness of Cayucos while supporting global projects through Rotary International.

Vision Statement:  To be recognized as the premiere community service organization by raising the awareness of the benefits of volunteerism.


In July 2008, the club started with 22 men and women representing a wide cross-section of local businesses and professions. Club members enjoy fellowship, meals, and interesting and informative programs dealing with topics of local and global importance. Member fellowship includes many social and community service events.


Presently, the club meets every 1st, 3rd & 4th Thursday mornings at 7:00 a.m. at Cayucos Elementary School Cafeteria, 301 Cayucos Drive, Cayucos, CA 93430.  On every 2nd Thursday, the club meets at 6:00 p.m. at Saint Joseph's Catholic Church, 350 Park Avenue, Cayucos, CA 93430 (behind the Cayucos Supermarket).

The club is a member of Rotary District 5240 comprised of 72 clubs and over 3,300 members located throughout the Kern County, San Luis Obispo County, Santa Barbara County, Ventura County, and a small portion of Los Angeles County in California.
