Stephanie practiced business law both in Southern California and the State of Israel for some 14 years prior to discovering the world of service to children and adults with physical and developmental disabilities in 1997. Since then, she has transformed vision into reality, founding and leading a nonprofit organization in Southern California that taught martial arts to hundreds of children, youth and adults with physical, developmental and emotional challenges, and working in senior management for nonprofit organizations providing lifespan services and advocacy. As Vice President of Program Development & Strategy, Stephanie is responsible for positioning Via to meet emerging needs and overseeing the development, structure, implementation and evaluation of all Via's program services. In this key position, she works with the management team providing leadership to staff, representing Via Services with its constituent groups, maintaining the fiscal soundness of the organization and overall, assuring the success of Via Services' programs and activities in the community.
