Members Only Documents

There was one more area that I wanted to showcase on Thursday - the Club Documents area.  A website visitor would have to login to be able to access the area.  The items there are specific to the club - Board Minutes, ByLaws, Soccer ad sales information, Invocation dates for which we are each scheduled, and other items as they are produced.  Under other items would be things like an explanation of the new billing system.  I just posted Lou Ann's Invocation schedule.  Take a look at it if you missed her email to see when you are scheduled to give the weekly invocation.

Let me know if I can help.  More importantly, let me know if you are inspired to get involved with the Technology Committee.  Up until today it was Shawn, Peanut Gallery writer (IT IS NOT ME!!) and I.  After the meeting, Kevin came up and volunteered to do the photo parts and help out with techie type issues. (Thanks Kevin).

The next addition to our club website will be the capability to have videos. Imagine the increased level of interest if we showcase the projects and social events happening. There are a few lines added to the article on the HOME page I described at the Club Assembly.  For now, it is a link to the Rotary videos on You Tube.  The interface is crude but will be made more ergonomically correct shortly. It will give interested people a good library of videos on Rotary.
