Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar from Bordeaux, France
I am from Bordeaux, France, where I studied at Lycée Montaigne for two years after high school before entering a French "Grande Ecole d'Ingénieurs", Ecole Centrale Paris, in Paris to study towards a Masters Degree in Engineering. I was in Paris for two years and I came to Stanford on a double-degree program to study towards a M.S. in Electrical Engineering (my studies in Stanford replace my last year of studies in France). I am a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar from the club of Bordeaux Est (district 1690) at Stanford and I am interested in biomedical electronics.
During my talk I will cover two main topics: first, I will talk about the Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar program and then I will give a brief overview of differences between the French higher education system and the American one.
