Presidents Message

Thanks to our speaker David Ruzic, visiting Rotarian from Illinois and our "fill-in" speaker two weeks ago.  David gave us a unique insight into the pros and cons of nuclear power.  Personally I have always been fascinated by nuclear energy and am now even more in favor of it, especially after spending so much on my solar panels.  ;)  David will be visiting our club over the next several weeks while he is in our area for work.  Expect to see he and his wife at our Valentine's Evening event coming up this Saturday.  Big thanks to all of you who whined only a little about the lounge meeting.  I actually enjoy these meeting since it makes it hard to hear all the conversations going on during the meeting.  This week's meeting will feature Superintendent of the Santa Clara Unified School District, Steve Stavis.  Please invite your friends and co-workers to a meeting, no reason for you to have all the fun alone!

Thanks to our visiting Rotarians; Ramachandran (from India) and Ramesh (from the San Jose Club) and to our guests Hubert, Brian and Ben.  We look forward to seeing you all again very, very soon!
